Job Description:

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior PHP Developer who can lead the development of scalable web
applications while also handling Moodle LMS customization, web hosting environments, domain
management, and server-related activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong backend
development expertise, experience working with Linux/cPanel servers, and the ability to mentor
junior developers while managing production deployments.

Key Responsibilities
PHP Development
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable PHP applications.
• Develop custom modules and REST APIs.
• Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code.
• Optimize application performance and database queries.
• Debug and troubleshoot production issues.
• Participate in architecture planning and technical decision-making.
• Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers.

Laravel / CI/ Core PHP
• Build applications using Laravel or Core PHP.
• Develop custom authentication and authorization systems.

• Build RESTful APIs.
• Queue management.
• Background job processing.
• Caching implementation.
• Security implementation.
• Third-party API integrations.

Database Management
• Strong knowledge of MySQL/MariaDB.
• Database optimization.
• Stored procedures.
• Backup and restoration.

Moodle LMS Responsibilities
• Install and configure Moodle LMS.
• Develop custom Moodle plugins.
• Customize themes.
• Integrate payment gateways.
• Develop enrollment workflows.
• Moodle version upgrades.
• Moodle backup & restore.
• SCORM integration.
• User role management.
• Moodle security updates.
• Performance optimization.
• LMS troubleshooting.

deployments.
