Position: Admin Executive

Location: Chitegaon, Farola, Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar
Shift: Rotational (3 Shifts)

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and organized Admin Executive to support day-to-day administrative operations. The ideal candidate should have basic computer knowledge, good communication skills, and be willing to work in rotational shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day administrative activities.
• Maintain office records, files, and documents.
• Prepare and update reports in MS Excel and MS Word.
• Coordinate with different departments for administrative support.
• Handle inward and outward correspondence.
• Maintain attendance and other office records.
• Manage office stationery and other administrative requirements.
• Answer phone calls and assist visitors professionally.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing.
• Perform other administrative tasks assigned by management.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic documentation and record-keeping knowledge.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts (3 Shifts).

• Any Graduate (Preferred)
• Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of experience can apply.
