Job Description:
Position: Store Executive
Location: Vapi
Experience: 1 – 2 Years
Industries: Plastic
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily receipt, issue, loading and unloading of materials.
- Maintain proper stock records and inventory levels.
- Prepare and verify GRN, material issue and transfer documents.
- Monitor physical stock vs. system stock and resolve discrepancies.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production and Dispatch teams.
- Maintain proper storage, identification and handling of materials.
- Monitor inward and outward material movement.
- Conduct regular stock verification and physical inventory.
- Maintain store documents and support internal/external audits.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safety practices in the store.
- Handle Tally ERP/Tally Prime for stock and material entries.
- Prepare basic stock reports and maintain records in Tally and MS Excel.
