Job Description:
Senior Engineer
- Nature of Work: Full time (On-Site)
- Department: PMC
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and supervise overall site execution in accordance with project schedules.
- Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings and resolve site execution issues.
- Ensure execution conforms to approved drawings, specifications, QA/QC standards, and IS codes.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and consultants.
- Verify quantities, contractor bills, material consumption, and work measurements.
- Prepare WPR/MPR, monitor project progress, and maintain execution schedules.
- Conduct quality inspections, snagging, and ensure timely rectification of defects.
- Ensure implementation of safety standards and site documentation.
Required Technical Skills / Software Knowledge:
- AutoCAD
- MS Tools
- Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
- BOQ analysis, quantity estimation, billing, and rate analysis
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures and IS codes
- Planning, scheduling, and site coordination skills
Educational Qualification:
- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
