Position: HSE / Safety Consultant

Experience: 3–6 Years

Location: Gurgaon Sec. 49

Qualification:

• B.Tech / M.Tech / M.Sc.
• Diploma in Industrial Safety (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures.
• Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments at project sites.
• Ensure compliance with applicable HSE regulations, standards, and client requirements.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Conduct safety induction and training programs for employees and contractors.
• Prepare HSE reports, documentation, and statutory compliance records.
• Support emergency preparedness, response planning, and safety drills.
• Promote a strong safety culture through awareness initiatives and continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Experience in risk assessment, hazard identification, and incident investigation.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and report-writing skills.
• Ability to conduct safety audits and deliver training sessions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HSE documentation.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in HSE/Safety, preferably in industrial, manufacturing, construction, or engineering projects.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.
• Relevant HSE certifications will be an added advantage.
