Job Description:
Position: Executive/Sr. Executive - HR
Location: Ghatkopar - Mumbai
Experience: 4 - 5 Years
Industries: Engineering
Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and offer rollouts.
- Support onboarding and induction of new employees, ensuring proper documentation and orientation.
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
- Handle attendance tracking, leave management, and absenteeism reports.
- Assist in monthly payroll processing, including salary calculations, deductions, tax compliance, and liaising with the finance team.
- Address employee queries related to salary, benefits, policies, and grievance resolution.
- Assist in conducting performance appraisals, goal setting, and probation reviews.
- Organize and support employee engagement activities, rewards, and recognition programs.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.).
- Support learning and development initiatives, including training coordination and tracking progress.
- Prepare and analyse HR reports and dashboards for management insights.
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth HR operations and assist in HR audits and compliance reporting.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS, and payroll software.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and organizational skill
- Ability to handle confidential data and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualification: - Any Graduation
Salary: - Upto 9.00 LPA
