Business Development Manager

Job Description:

Job Summary
The BDM will be responsible for generating new business, managing a strong client portfolio,
and driving deal closures within the fit-out and joinery sector, while consistently meeting sales
targets.
Key Responsibilities
● Drive new business development initiatives to generate leads and expand market share.
● Develop, manage, and grow a robust portfolio of clients across the UAE.
● Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
● Own the complete sales cycle — from lead generation and client engagement to proposal
development, negotiation, and deal closure.
● Build long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and high client retention.
● Collaborate closely with design, projects, and operations teams to align proposals with
client requirements.
● Prepare accurate quotations, commercial proposals, and contracts.
● Represent the company professionally in client meetings, site visits, and industry
engagements.
Requirements
● 4–5 years of business development or sales experience in the UAE, preferably in fit-out,
interior joinery, or construction/interiors.
● Demonstrated ability to independently manage client relationships and close high-value
deals.
● Existing client network within the UAE fit-out/interiors market strongly preferred.
