Job Description:

Position:      Production Manager

Location:      Ahmedabad

Experience:   4 – 6 Year

Industries:    Medical Devices

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily production activities and achieve production targets.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 13485, GMP, SOPs, and quality standards.
• Monitor production processes, manpower, machines, and material availability.
• Coordinate with QA, QC, Maintenance, Stores, and Engineering teams.
• Control rejection, wastage, downtime, and improve production efficiency.
• Handle production deviations, CAPA, and corrective actions.
• Ensure proper production documentation and traceability.
• Train and supervise production staff on quality and safety procedures.
• Support audits, validation, and new product/process development.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.

Required Skills:

• trong knowledge of Medical Device manufacturing processes and regulatory requirements.
• Working knowledge of ISO 13485, GMP, QMS, CAPA, deviation management, and change control.
• Experience in production planning, manpower management, process improvement, and team leadership.
• Good understanding of documentation, traceability, validation, and audit requirements.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma / Kaizen would be an advantage.

Required Qualification: - Any Engineering

Salary: - Upto 6.00 LPA
