Job Description:

Drechsler Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and motivated Design Engineer to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop engineering components, fasteners, and forged products.
Design, develop, and optimize dies and tooling for both cold forging and hot forging processes.
Prepare detailed 2D drawings and 3D models using CAD software.
Develop tooling layouts and ensure designs are optimized for manufacturability, quality, and cost.
Collaborate with production, quality, and sales teams to support new product development and resolve manufacturing challenges.
Analyze tooling performance and implement design improvements to enhance productivity and tool life.
Prepare and maintain engineering drawings, technical documentation, and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Design Engineer.
Experience in the fastener or forging industry is preferred.
Hands-on experience in die and tool design for both cold and hot forging processes.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar CAD software.
Knowledge of forging processes, tooling materials, heat treatment, and manufacturing practices.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
