Job Description:

Position               : BDE / AM Sales & Marketing

Experience          : 2-5 years of experience

Salary Budget     : Upto 10.00 LPA

Qualification       : Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BE/B.Tech/Diploma with relevant experience may also be considered).

Region                 : Gujarat & M.P.

Job Location       : POR

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in manufacturing, engineering, steel, cement, power, oil & gas, chemical, and other industrial sectors.
• Promote the company's Special Purpose Machines (SPMs), On-Site Machining, and Plant Maintenance Services.
• Generate leads through field visits, networking, cold calling, references, and industrial contacts.
• Meet existing and prospective customers to understand their technical requirements and propose suitable solutions.
• Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documents in coordination with the engineering team.
• Conduct technical presentations and product/service demonstrations. Negotiate commercial terms and support contract finalization.
• Maintain regular follow-ups to convert inquiries into business.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and provide after-sales coordination.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Prepare sales reports, visit reports, and maintain customer records in the CRM or ERP system.
• Coordinate with design, production, and service teams for successful project execution.
