Position: Sr. Executive – HR Generalist
Location: Corporate Office, Delhi
Experience: 4–5 Years

Industry Preference: Manufacturing / Engineering / Industrial Sector

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, well-organized and proactive Female HR professional to join our Corporate HR team in Delhi. The role will involve close coordination with the Corporate HR team, multiple manufacturing plant HR teams, HODs, business functions and external recruitment consultants.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and coordination skills, excellent follow-up ability, good command of written and verbal English, and the flexibility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with multiple manufacturing plant HR teams and HODs for recruitment and other HR-related activities.

  • Coordinate the complete recruitment process from manpower requirement to interview scheduling, selection and joining.

  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates, HODs, Plant HR and management.

  • Coordinate joining formalities, documentation, onboarding and induction of new employees.

  • Manage exit formalities and coordinate with concerned departments for smooth employee separation.

  • Maintain and regularly update recruitment trackers / recruitment sheets, including profiles received, shortlisted, interviewed, selected and joined candidates.

  • Coordinate with external recruitment consultants / manpower agencies for sourcing and recruitment requirements.

  • Follow up with consultants and internal stakeholders to ensure timely closure of open positions.

  • Prepare and maintain HR MIS, dashboards and periodic HR reports for Corporate HR.

  • Collect HR-related data from various manufacturing plants and consolidate reports for management review.

  • Support employee engagement activities, HR initiatives and internal communication programs.

  • Coordinate with different departments for day-to-day Corporate HR activities.

  • Maintain proper HR records, trackers and documentation.

  • Assist in preparing management presentations, HR reports and other MIS as required.

  • Ensure timely follow-up with Plant HR/HODs on pending recruitment, joining and employee-related activities.

  • Support Corporate HR in implementing HR policies, processes and initiatives across manufacturing locations.

  • Handle other HR Generalist and coordination activities assigned by the management.

Required Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication.

  • Strong interpersonal, coordination and follow-up skills.

  • Good knowledge of HR Generalist activities and recruitment processes.

  • Strong command over MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint.

  • Good understanding of HR MIS, recruitment trackers and HR reporting.

  • Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders simultaneously.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Good attention to detail and documentation skills.

  • Confident, presentable and professional personality.

  • Dynamic, proactive and positive attitude.

  • Ability to work independently as well as with cross-functional teams.

  • Should be comfortable coordinating with manufacturing plants and plant HR teams.
