Job Description:

Exports Ocean Freight (LCL &  FCL)

 Filing of SI.
 Preparation of BL Draft.
 Upload of VGM in the ODEX.
 Booking of the Shipment in the Shipping lines booking portal.
 Coordination with the CHA’s.
 Coordination with the Customers, providing Vessel schedules and follow ups.
Air Exports
 Liaison with the IATA agent.
 Booking and rates track cargo readiness.
 Arrange of pick up of the cargo from Shippers factory/warehouse.
 Execute payment in the AAICLAS PORTAL for payment of TC charges and Airport handling
charges.
 Having good and thorough knowledge and experience of Customs clearing procedures and
LCL Consolidation procedures.
Soft Skills
 English Medium background and good communication skills both spoken and written.
 Must be fluent in Hindi Spoken only.
 Good rapport with Shipping lines personnel.
