Asst. Manager / Dy. Manager - Design (Stamping)

Job Description:

Primary Responsibilities:
• Act as the central point of contact on assigned tool design, lead and guide the work of the tool
room.
• Designing, developing, and enhancing sheet metal tool design and product.
• Facilitate multi-disciplined groups in brainstorming and developing solutions to key aspects of the
proposal providing tactical advice and guidance with the ability to drive strategy.
• Solicit management reviews and approvals during proposal development.
• Monitor proposal content to ensure compliance to requirements, evaluation criteria, and technical
requirements.
• Responsible for Feasibility study of manufacturing line, machine, and material
Selection of process wise suitable machine selection and able to calculate man hr, Machine hour details.
