DESIRED CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE Education: BE-Mech/ automobile- only in genset field Required total & relevant Experience: 12-15, At least 7+ years in Genset Canopy, Base Plate & fuel Tank Technical skills: Genset Canopy, Base Plate & fuel Tank, Genset Enclosure, DG Sets, Base Frame Should able to Design & develop the Genset Mechanical Auxiliary System- cooling, exhaust system Genset Testing Cold Start Testing CREO, AUTOCAD & PLM Desired candidate Profile Snapshot: Will work on genset size of 5KVA to 125 KVA- defence genset designed for defence requirements The DG Set should operate in -40 degree celcius Altitude- 5500 meter Product development background is required, has to lead the complete project from start to end Any Certifications required: JSS 0251 & JSG 0308- preferrable
Job Description - Should have knowledge of Diesel Engine & gensets - Should have worked on Cooling System, Air Intake system & Exhaust System etc. of genset - Capable to provide technical inputs for selection of Radiator, AVM, Silencer, Air Cleaner, Fuel filter etc. - Should have knowledge of Genset Canopy, Base Plate & fuel Tank - Should able to Design & develop the Genset Mechanical Auxiliary System - Should have Knowledge of Genset Testing - Should have knowledge of Cold Start Testing - Should have knowledge of PLM & ERP system for BOM creation - Should have knowledge of containerized Gensets - Candidate should have good analytical capability - Should able to Handle the Projects Independently - Co-ordination with Cross Functional Team for the Development of Prototype. - Knowledge of defence documentation as JSS 0251 & JSG 0308 - Should able to Handle Team - Should have good knowledge of defence genset & its Auxiliary -Should have knowledge of CREO, AUTOCAD & PLM etc. -Preferably from genset industry & worked on defence genset -Having Team handling Experience
