Executive- Melt Shop
Job Description:
1- To achieve the internal targets and to analyse for not achieving it.
2-To ensure production as per received planning and desired quality.
3-To follow working procedure and process system.
4-To find the root cause & sort out the major abnormality of process which causes melting related rejection.
5-Responsible for risk assessment, mitigation plan and review it as per decided frequency or during any changes.
6-To achieve internal targets i.e Furnace Energy target, Turning consumption, Rejection(CR & CRAM),
7- Implementation of new line
8. To arrange the shift manpower and shift handling
