Job Description:

Hiring for Manager- Purchase for a leading manufacturer of wire harnesses, cable systems, industrial controls, and sensors headquartered in Aurangabad, India.

Post: Manager Purchase

Education: BE / Diploma

Experience: Min 6 Years in Electrical Electronic Product Manufacturing  Industry

Salary Budget: 7.00 LPA

Required  Skills: Supplier Interaction, Time-Management, Communication & Negotiation Skills, Material Planning,  Preparation P.O., Supplier Data Evaluation & Monitoring, Co-ordination Internal Audit.

Job Profile:

• For Material Planning

  MRP runs, material requisition checking and follow-up for material delivery on time.

  To check & confirm Planning Procurement Shortages and Inventory for Plant Production

  Maintained ISO/TS 16949:2009 documentation, Master Price List, Scope List, and Master data

  Monthly Rolling Plan and schedule Analysis.

  Preparation of shortage list and Material tracking

  Working on Engineering change note Or Change proposal.

  For Purchase management (Local/Import-Direct Material, Local-Indirect)

           Local/Import-Direct Material,

  Setting up the weekly, monthly, quarterly procurement plan

  Procurement of raw material from national and international market 

  Development of alternative local sources for imported raw materials which help in cost saving.

  Purchasing machines with improved technology to increase production 

  Planning and budgeting of purchase functions, involving cost estimation, contract negotiations.

  Inviting and allotting tenders. 

  Liaison with the production department to maintain optimum inventory

  Implementing systems to avoid situations like over-stocking or out-of-stock which cause production and financial losses.

  Liaison with the finance department for timely payment of bills 

  Developing reports on procurement and usage of the material for top management. 

  Monthly regular and premium freight Monitoring.

  Responsible for timely payment of supplier

  Monthly Supplier rating as per quality and delivery

  Maintained daily basis record of Purchase Requisition

  Arranged Quotation from Local (India) Supplier, negotiations price comparison

  Raised PO for indirect and arranged timely indirect parts
