Engineer - Mechanical

Job Description:

• Manage the implementation of policies and maintain the discipline standards with the organization as desired / acceptable by the stakeholders.
• Shall remain prepared for all possible emergency situations and responding to them as per the Emergency Management Plan.
• Shall be responsible to maintain the high discipline standards within the team members as desired by the organization.
• Achieve the departmental objectives / targets and Environment Management Plan set by the management.
• To look after routine maintenance.
• Maintain critical spares inventory.
• To monitor site contractors, their safe working and housekeeping by them.
• To verify the bills of contractors with joint measurement.
• To raise purchase requisition of project and maintenance material in ERP.
• Carry out preventive maintenance as per schedule and document the same.
• Carry out breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment s.
• To monitor site contractors during the Projects & routine activity.
• Work related to energy conservation.
• To ensure all safety precautions during the work.
• Mini-max inventories to be given to stores and ensure that they are available at all time.
• Engineering scrap disposal through EHS department.
• All types of work permit and job card management/supervision during the shift hours.
• Documentation Preparation of ISO9000, ISO14000 & ISO18000, USFDA.
• Immediate recording and reporting of any deviations or violation of standard parameters.
• Work allotment to subordinates and supervisors involved in shift maintenance activities.
• You will be responsible and accountable for development of next level employee working under you and accountable for their administration approvals.
