Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day MHADA project sales, documentation and coordination.
• Manage customer CRM, KYC, booking and transaction records.
• Coordinate Agreement for Sale, ATS, Sale Deed, registration and possession documentation.
• Ensure compliance with RERA, MHADA rules and project requirements.
• Coordinate with Sales, CRM, Accounts, Legal, Customers, Advocates and MHADA authorities.
• Follow up on customer payments, pending documents and registration formalities.
• Prepare MIS reports and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Resolve customer documentation and transaction-related queries.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of MHADA, RERA and real estate documentation.
•  Practical knowledge of Sales & CRM processes.
• Knowledge of Agreement, ATS, Sale Deed and registration procedures.
• Good communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and CRM/ERP software.
