Growmore Digitech Private Limited is an Ahmedabad-based technology company focused on building scalable digital products and software solutions. The company is building a small, hands-on engineering team where developers take ownership of their work.

Job Summary

We are looking for Full-Stack Developers who can contribute to both frontend and backend development. The role involves building, testing, debugging, deploying and maintaining web applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop responsive web applications and dashboards.
• Build and maintain backend APIs and services.
• Design and manage relational databases.
• Integrate third-party APIs and external services.
• Implement authentication, authorization and user access controls.
• Write clean, reusable and maintainable code.
• Test features and fix bugs.
• Debug frontend, backend, database and production issues.
• Use Git/GitHub for version control and collaboration.
• Deploy and maintain applications on Linux/cloud environments.
• Work with Docker and basic CI/CD workflows.
• Monitor application performance and reliability.
• Follow secure coding and development practices.
• Document important technical decisions and development work.

Requirements

Technical Skills

• 2–6 years of practical software development experience.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and/or TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with React.js and/or Next.js.
• Backend experience with Node.js/TypeScript and/or Python.
• Good knowledge of REST APIs, JSON and API integration.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and/or MySQL and SQL.
• Knowledge of Git/GitHub.
• Exposure to Docker, Linux and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP or Azure.
• Understanding of authentication, validation, error handling and web security.
• Good debugging, problem-solving and performance optimization skills.

Additional Skills

• Redis or other caching technologies.
• CI/CD pipelines.
• Unit, integration and API testing.
• WebSockets or real-time communication.
• Queues, message brokers or background jobs.
• Flutter or React Native.
• System design and scalable application architecture.
• AI coding assistants.

Candidate Profile

• Must have practical experience working on both frontend and backend.
• Should have experience building and maintaining working software products.
• Should be able to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• GitHub profile, portfolio or deployed projects will be an advantage.

Note: Candidates with only Frontend or only Backend experience will not be considered. The role requires practical Full-Stack Development experience.
