🎓 Qualification: BE/B.Tech/M.Sc/Diploma – Printing, Packaging, Extrusion or relevant experience
🔑 Key Responsibilities
✅ Manage overall production & shift operations
✅ Achieve production and delivery targets
✅ Manage production teams and shift managers
✅ Improve productivity and reduce wastage & downtime
✅ Handle Production Planning & Control (PPC)
✅ Support New Product Development (NPD)
✅ Ensure GMP, Food Safety, BRCGS & ISO 9001 compliance
✅ Monitor machine performance and preventive maintenance
✅ Coordinate with Quality, PPC, Maintenance, R&D and Operations teams
✅ Drive process improvement and maintain product quality
