Graduate Engineer Trainees for Production department
Job Description:
Job Description/Responsibilities:
Learn and support day-to-day production activities.
Monitor production processes and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Assist in achieving production targets, quality requirements, and delivery schedules.
Support production Supervisors in process improvement initiatives.
Learn and support production-related system activities in SAP.
Participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions for production issues.
Maintain production records and reports.
Follow safety, quality, and environmental standards on the shop floor.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and Warehouse departments for smooth operations.
Participate in Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement activities
Experience: Passed out in the current year or within the last 1 year
Education Qualification: B. E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
IT Skills: MS-office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Languages: Tamil and English
