Position:       Shift Incharge/Sr. Executive - Production

Location:      Degam Near by Vapi

Experience:   3 - 5 Years 

Industries:     Plastic

Responsibilities:        

• Manage and supervise day-to-day production activities and shift operations.
• Ensure production targets are achieved as per the production plan.
• Monitor machine operations, production processes, and manpower utilization.
• Handle production-related issues and coordinate with maintenance and quality teams.
• Ensure product quality, process parameters, and production standards are maintained.
• Prepare shift-wise production reports and maintain necessary documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety, 5S, and company procedures.
• Train and guide operators and production staff.
• Minimize production downtime, rejection, and material wastage.
• Coordinate with other departments for smooth production operations.

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of plastic manufacturing processes and machinery.
• Strong team handling and shift management skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and production reporting.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Required Qualification: - Diploma/B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical

Salary: - Upto 4.20 LPA
