Maintenance Executive
Job Description:
*Experience:* 5–6 Years
*Industry:* Flexible Packaging
*Qualification:* BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial, Printing, Extrusion, Packaging, Plastics or equivalent.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Lead mechanical, electrical, automation and utility maintenance activities.
* Ensure smooth upkeep of machines, facilities and utilities and minimize production downtime.
* Manage preventive and breakdown maintenance, MTTR, MTBF, OEE and maintenance KPIs.
* Lead project execution, including Pre-FAT, FAT, SAT and machine trials with OEMs/vendors.
* Ensure compliance with safety, environment, GMP, BRCGS and ISO standards.
* Develop maintenance SOPs, schedules, equipment history and troubleshooting systems.
* Lead and train maintenance/asset-care teams and build technical capabilities.
* Monitor maintenance budgets, energy consumption and cost optimization.
* Drive TPM, Lean, Six Sigma and proactive Asset Care initiatives.
* Ensure equipment uptime, production efficiency and zero quality defects due to equipment condition.
