Role Overview
We are seeking a highly resourceful and politically adept Government Liaison Officer to
manage regulatory approvals, permissions, and institutional relations across various government
departments, municipal bodies, and political offices.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for navigating bureaucratic channels, securing mandatory
clearances/NOCs, and ensuring smooth, hassle-free permissions for company projects and
operations.
Key Details
 Designation: Government Liaison Manager / Officer – Public Affairs
 Department: Corporate Affairs / Government Relations
 Experience Required: 4 to 8 Years (Must have a proven track record in government
liaisoning and approvals)
 Education: Any Graduate / LLB / Public Administration (Law/Regulatory background
preferred)
Key Responsibilities
 Permissions & Clearance Management:
o Apply for, follow up on, and secure all mandatory government permissions,
licenses, NOCs, and environmental/departmental approvals in a timely manner.

 Government & Political Liaisoning:
o Build and maintain strong, high-trust networks with senior bureaucrats,
department officials, local political representatives, and municipal authorities.
o Act as the primary point of contact between the company and government offices.
 Inter-Departmental Coordination:
o Prepare and file all necessary applications, documentation, and compliance
paperwork required by state, central, and local government bodies.

 Issue & Crisis Resolution:
o Proactively address and resolve regulatory bottlenecks, notices, delays, or
administrative hurdles to ensure business continuity without project stops.

 Policy & Regulatory Tracking:
o Monitor changes in government policies, rules, and local regulations to keep
management informed and compliant.
