Position:      Manager/Sr. Manager - QA/QC

Location:       Dadra

Experience:   10 - 15 Years

Industries:    Chemical

Responsibilities:

• Ensure consistent product quality and compliance with approved specifications.
• Ensure adherence to all applicable regulatory and statutory requirements.
• Oversee laboratory operations, testing activities, and analytical processes.
• Ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance of analytical testing methods.
• Review and approve test results, specifications, SOPs, and quality documents.
• Implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Manage customer complaints, investigations, root-cause analysis, and CAPA.
• Handle deviations, non-conformances, OOS/OOT, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Production, R&D, Engineering, and other departments to resolve quality issues.
• Monitor quality performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Ensure proper calibration, maintenance, and qualification of laboratory instruments.
• Conduct and support internal, customer, and regulatory audits.
• Develop and monitor quality KPIs and reports for management.
• Train, guide, and develop the QA/QC team.
• Promote a strong quality and compliance culture across the organization.
