Accountant - Data Entry Executive
Job Description:
Invoice Generation: Create accurate freight bills, tax invoices, and delivery challans based on approved trip rates and weight slips.
Document Verification: Match Consignment Notes (LR/RR), PODs, and diesel or toll receipts with system entries.
Compliance: Generate and manage e-way bills and ensure GST/TDS regulations are met.
Dispute Resolution: Fix billing discrepancies raised by clients or the operations team.
Reconciliation: Handle customer and vendor ledger reconciliations and track pending payments
Salary: Negotiable based on experience and current salary.
Experience: 1 to 3 years in Account Data Entry and Billing work
