Job Description:
An HR Recruiter manages the full-cycle hiring process to attract, screen, and select qualified talent. Core tasks include partnering with hiring managers on role requirements, writing job descriptions, sourcing active and passive candidates via professional networks, conducting initial interviews, and guiding candidates through job offers and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Outreach: Find candidates using job boards, social media, and professional networks like LinkedIn.
- Screening: Review resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews to check qualifications.
- Coordination: Schedule interviews and gather feedback from hiring managers.
- Offers & Onboarding: Discuss compensation, extend job offers, and assist with new-hire orientation.
- Tracking: Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and monitor metrics like time-to-fill.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 1 to 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written interpersonal skills.
- Organization: Ability to manage multiple searches and deadlines at the same time.
- Technical Tools: Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
