Job Summary
We are looking for dedicated and disciplined candidates to join a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting production operations while ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production equipment as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Perform manufacturing and packaging activities according to production schedules.
- Follow GMP, safety, and quality guidelines at all times.
- Record production data and maintain accurate documentation.
- Conduct basic machine checks and report any abnormalities to the supervisor.
- Ensure cleanliness of the production area and equipment.
- Assist in material handling and inventory movement within the production area.
- Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and production teams for smooth operations.
- Comply with company policies and maintain workplace discipline.
- Perform other production-related tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
Eligibility Criteria
- ITI / Diploma / Graduate (as per role requirement).
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or production operations is preferred.
- Freshers may also be considered for suitable positions.
- Basic communication and documentation skills.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment.
