We are looking for a hands-on Paid Ads / Performance Marketing Manager with 2-3+ years of practical experience managing and optimizing live paid advertising campaigns across Google, YouTube, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn and X.

The candidate must be capable of taking ownership of campaign planning, setup, tracking, optimization, budget control and performance reporting.

IMPORTANT FOR SHORTLISTING: Candidates who have only boosted posts or coordinated with an external agency should not be shortlisted.

We require candidates who have personally created, managed, optimized and reported on paid campaigns. Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, launch, monitor and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.

• Manage campaign objectives including lead generation, traffic, conversions, awareness, remarketing and audience growth.

• Own campaign structure, targeting, bidding, placements, budgets, creatives, copy coordination and landing-page alignment.

• Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data, audience quality and business objectives.

• Manage daily, weekly and monthly advertising budgets with strong cost control and pacing discipline.

• Build and maintain retargeting, custom, lookalike and intent-based audiences where supported.

• Coordinate with content, design and web teams for ad creatives, landing pages and conversion journeys.

• Conduct A/B testing across creatives, copy, audiences, placements, landing pages and bidding strategies.

• Identify underperforming campaigns quickly and implement corrective actions.

• Prepare clear weekly/monthly performance reports with insights, learnings and next actions.
