Job Summary

We are looking for a Jr. Engineer – Powder Coating Production responsible for managing day-to-day powder coating and PT line operations, ensuring smooth shop-floor activities, maintaining process standards, supporting audits, and coordinating effectively with the production team.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and monitor powder coating and PT line operations as per production requirements.

• Ensure smooth and efficient shop-floor activities and achieve daily production targets.

• Monitor the powder coating process parameters and ensure adherence to defined standards.

• Have a good understanding of production systems, process documentation, and work instructions.

• Coordinate with operators and team members to ensure proper workflow and productivity.

• Identify production-related problems and support timely root-cause analysis and corrective actions.

• Maintain proper production records, checklists, and process-related documentation.

• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and process standards.

• Support and confidently handle internal and external audits.

• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and other departments for smooth production operations.

• Monitor manpower utilization, material availability, and line performance.

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts and manage shop-floor responsibilities effectively.

Minimum Requirements

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong knowledge of Powder Coating processes.

• Good understanding of PT Line operations.

• Knowledge of shop-floor management.

• Good understanding of production systems and documentation.

• Ability to handle internal and external audits.

• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong team coordination and communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.

• Basic knowledge of quality and safety practices.
