Internal Marketing Executive

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day marketing activities from the office.
• Identify potential customers using various marketing tools and develop relevant customer databases.
• Introduce the company and its products to prospective customers.
• Coordinate product demonstrations and customer interactions.
• Work closely with the Sales Team to plan and execute marketing activities.
• Generate and qualify customer leads and forward them to the Sales Team.
• Brainstorm and develop creative ideas for marketing and promoting company products.
• Support lead-generation campaigns and other assigned marketing initiatives.
• Undertake individual tasks related to the marketing plan as assigned by management.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions, leads, and marketing activities.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Candidates from other educational backgrounds may also be considered if they have relevant experience with the company's product range.

Required Skills

• 3–4 years of relevant experience in internal marketing, telemarketing, lead generation, or product marketing, preferably in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Automation, or Testing & Measuring products.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Strong customer interaction and follow-up skills.
• Proactive, creative, and target-oriented approach.
• Strong interest and enthusiasm for marketing activities.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with the Sales Team.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office and marketing/database tools.
