OB TITLE: Project Runner Department: Projects / Site Operations Location: Pan India (Extensive Travel Required) Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 2–3 Years Salary Package: ₹1.92 LPA – ₹2.40 LPA (₹16,000 – ₹20,000 per month) (Negotiable based on experience, skills, and interview performance.) Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and responsible Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure the smooth execution of projects across various locations in India. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating site activities, arranging materials and labour, managing vendors, monitoring project progress, and ensuring timely completion of work. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in site execution, measurements (recce). Candidates must be willing to travel extensively, possess strong coordination skills, and own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license for local site visits and material procurement. Role & responsibilities Visit project sites regularly to monitor work progress and provide operational support. Arrange and procure materials required for project execution from local markets or approved vendors. Ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for urgent material requirements. Arrange skilled and unskilled labour as per project requirements. Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, contractors, and labour teams. Track daily site activities and report project progress to management. Resolve on-site issues related to materials, manpower, and logistics. Ensure materials are used efficiently and minimize wastage. Verify quantity and quality of materials received at the site. Coordinate transportation and logistics for materials and manpower. Maintain records of material purchases, bills, labour attendance, and site expenses. Follow up with vendors regarding quotations, deliveries, and payments. Ensure work is executed as per project schedule. Support project completion within the given timeline. Comply with company safety standards and client site regulations. Perform any other project-related tasks assigned by management.   Preferred candidate profile 2 - 3 years of experience in field operations, project coordination, procurement, or site execution. Experience in arranging materials, labour, and coordinating with vendors. Knowledge of local markets for procurement will be an added advantage. Candidate must own a two-wheeler (Bike) with a valid driving license.
