Reports To: Technical Director - Construction

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect with 5+ years in the construction industry to join our design and planning team. Experience in design & supervision of large commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects is essential. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio, deep understanding of construction processes, and the ability to manage complex projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Technical director in design review and planning for large-scale construction projects.
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to prepared Design requirements, ensure design feasibility and compliance.
• Coordinate with Architects and Consultants to review and present design proposals.
• Review drawings, specifications, and construction documents In CAD and BIM formats.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design implementation and quality standards.
• Develop, implement and review design SOPs based on existing practices and future requirements.
• Mentor junior architects and contribute to team development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• 7 years of professional experience in architectural design and supervision.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software.
• Strong knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and structural systems.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with international building codes and standards.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities.
