Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations at our manufacturing plant. The candidate should have good knowledge of attendance management, payroll/salary processing, PF, ESIC, labour contractors, employee records, statutory compliance, recruitment, and general HR administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee-related activities.

  • Maintain and monitor employee attendance, leave and shift records.

  • Coordinate with payroll team for monthly salary processing and salary-related queries.

  • Handle PF, ESIC and other statutory compliance requirements.

  • Manage and coordinate with labour contractors and contract manpower.

  • Maintain contractor records, attendance, manpower details and documentation.

  • Coordinate for contract labour compliance and statutory documents.

  • Maintain employee personal files, joining documents and HR records.

  • Handle employee onboarding, induction and exit formalities.

  • Support recruitment, interview coordination and manpower planning.

  • Prepare HR reports, MIS and manpower-related data.

  • Handle employee grievances and coordinate for timely resolution.

  • Ensure compliance with company HR policies and applicable labour laws.

  • Coordinate with departments regarding manpower requirements, attendance and employee issues.

  • Assist management in maintaining a disciplined and positive work environment.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of HR Operations.

  • Good knowledge of Payroll and Salary Processing.

  • Knowledge of Attendance & Leave Management.

  • Working knowledge of PF and ESIC.

  • Good understanding of Labour Contractor Management.

  • Knowledge of Labour Laws and statutory compliance.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.

  • Ability to maintain HR records and prepare reports.

  • Experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment will be preferred.

Qualification

MBA/PGDM in HR, MSW, BBA/BA/Graduate with relevant HR experience.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with 1–4 years of experience in HR operations, particularly in a manufacturing or industrial setup, will be preferred.
