Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering
Experience: Relevant experience in testing will be preferred

Job Overview

We are looking for a Testing Engineer with an Electrical Engineering background to perform testing and inspection of electrical products, equipment, and systems. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring products meet required quality, safety, and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct testing and inspection of electrical products, equipment, and components.
• Perform electrical and functional testing as per defined procedures and specifications.
• Prepare and maintain test reports, inspection records, and documentation.
• Identify testing failures, defects, and performance issues and coordinate for corrective actions.
• Use electrical testing instruments and measuring equipment safely and accurately.
• Coordinate with Production and Quality teams to resolve testing-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and testing standards.
• Support troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of product failures.
• Assist in developing and improving testing procedures and processes.
• Ensure proper calibration and safe handling of testing equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of test results and communicate findings to the concerned teams.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of electrical testing methods and procedures.
• Knowledge of electrical measuring and testing instruments.
• Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and specifications.
• Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of quality control and inspection processes.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.

Preferred Industries

Candidates with experience in electrical manufacturing, switchgear, control panels, transformers, industrial equipment, electrical components, or engineering products will be preferred.
