Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic Diploma / Degree Mechanical Engineering freshers to join our Production Department. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day production activities, monitoring machines and processes, maintaining production records, and ensuring smooth and efficient production operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor day-to-day production activities and production targets.
• Assist in operating and monitoring CPET film manufacturing machinery.
• Ensure production processes are carried out as per defined standards.
• Monitor machine performance and report abnormalities to seniors.
• Maintain production reports, shift records, and documentation.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and other departments.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Support production supervisors in achieving daily targets.
• Ensure proper material handling and minimize production wastage.
• Maintain housekeeping and follow 5S practices.
• Learn and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Identify basic production issues and escalate them to the concerned supervisor.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of manufacturing and production processes.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel will be an advantage.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering candidates can apply.

Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates with 0–1 year of experience in manufacturing/production will also be considered.
