Educational Qualification & Criteria |
· Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering / Renewable Energy Engineering. · PMP Certification will be an added advantage. · Demonstrated experience in managing utility-scale solar EPC projects.

Experience |
· 8 to 10 years of experience in utility-scale solar projects. · Experience in handling complete electrical package execution.

Professional & Personal Abilities |
· Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities. · Execution expertise in electrical work for large scale utility projects. · Risk management and decision-making skills. |

Key Job Responsibilities |
· Manage installation and commissioning of electrical systems. · Supervise inverter, transformer, switchyard and transmission activities. · Ensure quality and safety compliance. · Coordinate testing and commissioning activities. · Manage subcontractors and site engineers.

· Soft Skills: Leadership, negotiation, communication, team management. · Softwares: MS Project, Primavera P6, MS Excel, ERP Systems. |
