Position:-* Data Entry Executive
*Location:* Shakespeare Sarani. Kolkata

*Job Summary*
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Executive to manage and maintain accurate records related to production, karigar challans, inventory, and other operational data in the fashion and apparel manufacturing process. The ideal candidate should have good computer skills, strong attention to detail, and experience working with production documentation.

*Key Responsibilities*
* Enter and maintain daily production data in ERP/Excel/software.
* Prepare, update, and maintain Karigar Challans for job work and production tracking.
* Record inward and outward material movement.
* Maintain fabric, trims, and finished goods data accurately.
* Update job work records, production status, and delivery details.
* Verify challans, invoices, and production documents for accuracy.
* Coordinate with Production, Merchandising, Stores, and Accounts departments for data reconciliation.
* Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
* Maintain physical and digital filing of production documents.
* Ensure timely and error-free data entry while maintaining confidentiality.

*Required Skills*
* Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and data entry software/ERP.
* Good typing speed with high accuracy.
* Knowledge of Karigar Challans, job work documentation, and production records.
* Understanding of garment manufacturing and apparel production processes.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Ability to work under deadlines with minimal supervision.
* Good communication and coordination skills.
