*Job Summary*
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Assistant (Female) to support our Wholesale Department. The ideal candidate should have good computer skills, excellent coordination abilities, and experience in handling customer orders, supply chain coordination, and sales support within the fashion and apparel industry.

*Key Responsibilities*
* Assist the wholesale sales team in managing customer orders from order placement to delivery.
* Coordinate with production, warehouse, logistics, and dispatch teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
* Maintain regular communication with customers regarding order status, dispatch schedules, and delivery updates.
* Prepare quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and sales-related documentation.
* Update and maintain customer records, order details, and inventory data in ERP/Excel.
* Monitor stock availability and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
* Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally.
* Generate sales reports, order tracking reports, and MIS as required.
* Support the sales team during product launches, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
* Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company processes.

*Required Skills*
* Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook, and ERP/Inventory Management Software.
* Strong understanding of order processing and supply chain coordination.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Attention to detail with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
