*Job Summary*
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented E-commerce professional to manage and grow our online sales across marketplaces and our brand website. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the fashion and apparel industry, with expertise in marketplace management, digital merchandising, pricing, promotions, inventory coordination, and online sales growth.

*Key Responsibilities*
* Manage end-to-end operations of e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa Fashion, Tata CLiQ, and the company's own website.
* Develop and execute strategies to increase online sales, traffic, and customer acquisition.
* Create, optimize, and manage product listings with accurate descriptions, pricing, images, and SEO-friendly content.
* Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse, production, and logistics teams to ensure product availability.
* Plan and execute promotional campaigns, seasonal sales, festive offers, and discount strategies.
* Track sales performance, conversion rates, customer behavior, and marketplace KPIs.
* Coordinate with digital marketing teams for paid campaigns, social media promotions, email marketing, and influencer collaborations.
* Manage order processing, returns, customer queries, and seller performance metrics.
* Analyze competitor pricing, product trends, and market insights to improve business performance.
* Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and recommend improvement strategies.
* Ensure high seller ratings and compliance with marketplace policies.
