Project Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our team as an Project Manager, where you'll oversee the end-to-end management
of projects, ensuring timely execution, quality control, efficient billing, and maintaining
effective customer reporting and feedback systems. You'll collaborate with supervisors
and contractors to ensure successful project completion.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

 Conduct pre-sales site surveys and estimate resource requirements, fittings, and
site costs.
 Establish and maintain customer relationships at various levels for project
progress review and obtaining necessary site clearances.
 Prepare and maintain bar charts, project progress reports, and correspondence
for effective project management.
 Hire and manage labor contractors, ensuring adequate manpower for project
needs.
 Obtain approval for construction and as-built drawings from clients or
consultants.
 Manage material indents, bill of quantities (BOQ), and consumables
procurement.
 Secure approval for datasheets and technical specifications from clients or
consultants.
 Prepare billing documentation, measurement sheets, and supporting annexures
for invoicing.
 Manage compliance documentation for ESI, PF, WC, labor licenses, and BOCW.
 Oversee quality documentation such as MIR, ITP, radiography, and DP.
 Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously across different
locations.
 Conduct stock reconciliation and maintain project control sheets for purchase,
delivery, and billing.
