Shift Incharge - Production

Job Description:

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day API production operations as per BMR/BPR and SOPs.
• Operate and monitor reactors, centrifuges, dryers, filters and other process equipment.
• Execute batch manufacturing activities as per approved procedures.
• Monitor critical process parameters and ensure batch yield and quality.
• Maintain proper production documentation and ensure ALCOA+ compliance.
• Follow cGMP, SOP, EHS and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with QC, QA, Maintenance, EHS and Warehouse departments.
• Handle batch charging, reaction monitoring, filtration, centrifugation and drying activities.
• Identify process deviations and coordinate for investigation and corrective actions.
• Ensure proper cleaning of equipment and production areas.
• Maintain production records, logbooks and batch-related documentation.
• Support process optimization, yield improvement and productivity enhancement.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and audit requirements.
