Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Manage receipt, storage, and issue of raw materials, packing materials, and finished goods.
- Ensure proper identification, labeling, segregation, and storage of materials as per GMP guidelines.
- Maintain warehouse records, stock registers, and inventory documentation.
- Handle material inward/outward activities and coordinate with Production, QC, and QA departments.
- Follow FIFO/FEFO practices and ensure proper stock control.
- Conduct physical stock verification and support cycle counting.
- Ensure proper handling of rejected, returned, and quarantined materials.
- Maintain warehouse housekeeping and safety standards.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP, and EHS requirements.
- Support internal and regulatory audits by maintaining proper documentation.
