Job Overview :

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for B2B lead generation, business development, client coordination, market research and brand promotion. The role involves developing new business opportunities, converting leads into confirmed orders and supporting the company’s marketing and business development activities.

Roles And Responsibilities :

• Lead generation and development of new business opportunities.
• Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into confirmed orders.
• Conduct client meetings and deliver company/product presentations.
• Coordinate with internal technical teams for resolving client queries.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions and industry events.
• Manage social media platforms, primarily LinkedIn, for brand building and business promotion.
• Conduct market research on new technologies, market trends and potential industry segments.
• Identify new market opportunities and potential customer segments.
• Actively contribute to social media marketing initiatives, mainly LinkedIn.
• Maintain regular follow-up and relationship with prospective and existing clients.

Desired Candidates :

• MBA in Marketing with 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• B2B Marketing experience is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good presentation and client-handling skills.
• Ability to generate leads and independently follow up with prospects.
• Target-oriented and commercially aware.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings, exhibitions and industry events.
• Candidates from Industrial, Chemical, Water & Wastewater, Engineering or similar B2B sectors will be preferred.
