Job Overview

We are looking for a smart, presentable and confident Front Office Executive with excellent communication and customer-handling skills. The candidate will be responsible for front-office activities, customer interaction, product explanation and basic sales support.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers and visitors professionally.
• Handle calls, customer enquiries, appointments and basic documentation.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate assistance.
• Explain products and services clearly to customers.
• Guide customers and suggest suitable products based on their requirements.
• Assist with customer follow-ups and basic sales activities.
• Coordinate with the sales team regarding customer requirements and enquiries.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming front-office environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Front Office, Customer Service, Showroom or Sales.
• Excellent and fluent communication skills.
• Smart, presentable and confident personality.
• Good customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
• Basic sales and product presentation skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
• Basic computer and email knowledge.
• Positive, professional and customer-oriented approach.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates who are smart, well-spoken, confident and comfortable interacting with customers will be preferred. Prior experience in a customer-facing or sales-oriented role will be an advantage.
