Marketing Head
Job Description:
• Lead and manage the marketing and sales team.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
• Prepare sales plans and monitor target achievement.
• Design and implement customer incentive/sales promotion schemes.
• Drive business development and expand market presence.
• Maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and customers.
• Candidate should be based in Kolkata or nearby areas.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned market is essential
• Maximum Age: 50 years
• Preference will be given to candidates below 30 years, subject to relevant experience and leadership capability.
• Candidates from aquaculture, animal feed, poultry feed, shrimp feed, or other related industries may also be considered.
Candidates having an existing network or experience in the following markets will be preferred:
• Moyna
• Haroa
• Other nearby fish farming/aquaculture markets.

We are a leading company engaged in the business of manufacturing, marketing and selling of Rice Bran Oil and De-Oiled Rice Bran. We are having a Solvent Extraction Plant in Burdwan District of West Bengal, India with an annual Rice Bran processing capacity of 100000 Metric Ton. per annum.
In the month of June 2022 the Company has further expanded its scope of operations and has set up an Edible Oil Refinery Plant with an installed capacity of 30,000 TPA (Ton per Annum) which is a forward integration of existing Solvent Extraction Plant.
