Logistics Executive (Inbound & Outbound)

Job Description:

• Inbound Logistics Operations: Oversee raw material receipt, supplier unloading schedules, Goods Receipt Note (GRN) generation in SAP, and prompt line-side feeding using FIFO/Kitting processes. 
• Outbound Logistics & Dispatch: Manage complete material dispatches, coordinate finished goods inventory, issue E-Way bills, layout transport manifests, and track On-Time In-Full (OTIF) delivery metrics.
• SAP Transaction & Data Management: Handle day-to-day warehouse transactions using SAP ERP, covering inventory reconciliations, tracking transfer orders, and ensuring stock accuracy via physical cycle counting. 
• Exim & Custom Operations: Coordinate with custom brokers, freight forwarders, and container freight stations (CFS) to handle international or domestic freight movements smoothly. 
• Vendor & Transporter Management: Audit freight vendor performance, handle regular billing, control detention costs, and establish daily vehicle placement SLAs.

• Education: Graduate degree (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc) or Bachelor of Engineering (BE) / Diploma in Mechanical or Production Engineering with a relevant supply chain qualification.
• SAP Competencies: Hands-on operational fluency with transaction codes (T-codes) in SAP Material Management (MM) or Warehouse Management (WM).
• Compliance Knowledge: Clear understanding of GST rules, E-Way bill generation protocols, octroi/local toll compliance, and transport hazard
