Experienced Candidates Required for the Role of Sales Engineer –  Valves

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 2 to 3 Years in HVAC Valve Sales

Job Description:
* Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
* Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, OEMs, MEP consultants, and end customers.
* Promote and sell Danfoss HVAC Valve Solutions, including Balancing Valves, Control Valves, Pressure Independent Balancing & Control Valves (PIBCV), Actuators, and related products.
* Provide technical support to customers on product selection, application, sizing, and installation.
* Prepare technical and commercial proposals, negotiate with customers, and successfully close sales opportunities.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth quotation, order processing, and timely delivery.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects to identify new business opportunities.
* Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent after-sales support.
* Participate actively in weekly sales review meetings and maintain accurate sales forecasts.
* Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
* Continuously upgrade product knowledge and stay updated with HVAC technologies and market trends.

Required Skills:
* Strong technical and commercial knowledge of HVAC Valve products.
* Excellent communication, presentation, selling, and negotiation skills.
* Target-oriented with a proactive approach to business development.
* Willingness to travel across the assigned territory.
