Job Description:

Store Executive

Salary: Up to USD 700/month + Other Benefits

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate stock records for all store items and truck spare parts.

• Update daily inward and outward stock transactions.

• Maintain bin cards and record every truck part issued/fitted to each truck.

• Maintain proper tyre records, including issue, fitting, removal, and replacement.

• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.

• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and arrangement of materials.

• Monitor stock levels and inform management about shortages/reorder requirements.

• Maintain store documents, registers, and basic Excel reports.

• Coordinate with the workshop/maintenance and transport teams for material requirements.

Requirements

• 3–5 years’ experience in stores/inventory, preferably in transport, fleet, automobile, or workshop.

• Knowledge of truck spare parts and tyres preferred.

• Basic Excel/computer skills.

• Good record-keeping, accuracy, and organizational skills.
