Injection Molding Supervisor – Sanand, Gujarat
We are looking for an experienced Injection Molding Supervisor for our Sanand facility.
Experience: 8–10+ years in plastic injection molding, preferably with engineering polymers.
Key Responsibilities:
Independently manage the complete production shift.
Machine setup, parameter setting and process optimization.
Mold changeover, start-up and troubleshooting.
Ensure product quality, productivity and cycle-time efficiency.
Identify and resolve molding defects and process issues.
Supervise operators and maintain basic production and rejection records.
Materials: Polyurethane, POM/Acetal, Nylon (PA), Polyester and other engineering polymers.
Location: Sanand, Gujarat
Salary: As per industry standards and experience
Accommodation: Can be provided
Candidate should have strong hands-on shop-floor experience and be capable of independently managing injection molding operations.
